Submissions Are Now Open for Saimaa Film Festival 2027!
WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT FILM SUBMISSIONS FOR SAIMAA FILM FESTIVAL 2027 ARE OFFICIALLY OPEN!
The festival will take place 11–14 August 2027 in South Karelia, Finland, bringing together filmmakers, film enthusiasts, and international cinema for four days of film and cultural exchange.
We warmly invite filmmakers from around the world to submit their work! We welcome feature films, documentaries, short films, and animations (both short and feature-length). Our acquisitions team reviews submissions on a rolling basis throughout the submission period.
